Regulatory compliance

Licensed under the National Health Act and aligned with the Department of Health's home and community-based care guidelines. Operations meet Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requirements and POPIA data-protection standards.

Caregiver credentials

Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nursing Auxiliaries are registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC). Counsellors and allied practitioners are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

Vetting & verification

Every caregiver completes criminal background screening, qualification verification, and reference checks. Paediatric placements include additional clearance against the National Child Protection Register.

Certifications & training

Mandatory accreditation in Basic Life Support, First Aid Level 3, infection control, and dementia-care fundamentals. Continuous professional development hours are tracked annually for every clinician.

Compliance documentation, registration numbers, and indemnity certificates are available on request.
